Google data used

The integration requests access to Beauty Club Gmail and Google Contacts through OAuth 2.0.

• Gmail: messages, threads, labels, metadata, drafts, and the ability to organize and send email.
• Contacts: names, email addresses, phone numbers and other contact fields managed in the account.
• OAuth credentials: access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.

Purpose and use

Data is used only for Beauty Club operational and administrative tasks, such as handling communications, finding conversations, maintaining contacts and running authorized internal workflows.

Data obtained through Google APIs is not sold or used for personalized advertising or ad targeting.

Storage and access

OAuth tokens are stored in private administrative configuration. Gmail or Contacts content is retained outside Google only when an internal task requires persistence for its function.

Access is limited to authorized staff and systems that need the information to operate Beauty Club.

Revocation and contact

Google access can be revoked from the Google Account connections page. Beauty Club may also rotate or revoke its internal credentials when needed.
